Can't say it's even simpering in here in west coast Canada (not even 
a carrier), but 1215 and 1134 have shown pretty good carriers from 
0130UT, and there sure are a heck of a lot of weak carriers showing, 
up, multiples on a channel, judging by Spectran and some audible SAHs.
