[IRCA] Carrier on 1197 ?
Level 4 carrier on 1215 kHz this evening at 0415 ut. Have some sort of carrier on 1197. Not sure if KEX signal is mixing with something else?
Carrier is stronger than the one on 1215. Has anyone heard any TAs this evening? Maybe someone could check 1197. Thanks.
