Yes - there's a couple of words in there I'm not sure of, but I hear "CJRS-AM 
16-50 kiloHertz, Montreal... power of 1000 Watts".

Not much of a groundwave signal here (roughly 200 km away), but they're going 
to be a nuisance at night!
