[IRCA] KZTS Sunnyside,WA

 KZTS might have chosen to squeeze into amore crowded
1230 since the dozen or so stations in WA ,OR,BC are
only 1 KW guys while 1210 is occupied by a 27.5 KW
Spanish outlet in Auburn-Fedral Way(Seattle) that
could dump a signal into the Sunnyside area before the
sun goes down when they cut down to 10K which is still
fairly strong at only 100 miles on a skip.Mountains
would kill any daytime signal between the two places.
