[IRCA] TA hints

Well, mostly wispy carriers, somewhat concentrated in the center of the band;

639, 855, 864, 999, 1008, 1017, 1053, 1134, 1215, 1269, 1413, 1593...


1215 actually had 5 carriers per Spectran, 1269 at least four.  1215 
the best signal overall as usual, but not quite audio, yet and still 
quite fadey.
