It's 1507 ut and only one station with audio heard from TP land.

153     Russia, Radio Rossii at 1502 ut with man in Russian. Weak signal.

1557   Unkown, trace of audio around 1450 ut.  Spash from local KKAD, 
           phased KKAD.  When KKAD was phased the other station 
           was phased too.
