[IRCA] TPs carriers for 02-06-07


1440-1536 UT

Carriers really picked up at around 1511 ut, only one with near threshold audio. (1422)  The carriers were at peak levels for only about 10 minutes.
Was hoping for carriers to produce aduio as they did on 01-30-07.
