[IRCA] TA carriers

0330 to 0430 UT  mostly very weak and intermittent.  1215 as usual is 
most consistent and audible.  1134 occasionally fades up, and traces 
"seen" (with Spectran) to verify the "hearing" of hets on 1107, 1017 and 756...
