Pretty much in a nutshell at 1515UT here, though "a few more" 
carriers; this is a little closer to East Asia, after all.

774 had audio around 1430UT, but NHK2 stations are now off, and there 
isn't much else to deliver audio.  Even 1566 is just a carrier, 
though there do seem to be moments when things fade up briefly on 
various channels, but not to audio.
