[IRCA] Best conditions since Fall (name, location)

The best TP morning since last fall here.   Conditions at 1520 UT opened up with 1377 kHz China with fair signal.   Band closed at 1550 UT.

1134 kHz  China, weak at 1548 UT music with woman speaking along with 
                 the music.  

1179          level 5 carrier at 1516 UT no audio

1206          level 5 carrier at 1517 UT no audio this morning.

1278          Japan? very weak at 1549 UT. Band was fading out.

1287          JOHR, Japan weak to fair signal at 1542 UT, man in Japanese

1377         China CRN1 at 1520 UT fair signal and //4460 kHz. woman
                 speaking along with music.  

1386         Japan? weak signal at 1540 UT one of the NHK2's ?

1395         Level 5 carrier at 1524 UT

1413         JOIF, Japan man in JJ Japanese at 1537 UT with fair signal.

1422         JORF, Japan Level 7 at 1536 UT with Japanese talk..

1458         Level 5 carrier at 1525 UT

1467         Japan ?  fast talking man in JJ? at 1527 UT.  weak signal.

1503         JORF, Japan man in JJ at 1528 fair signal.  

1512         Level 5 carrier at 1529 UT

1521         Level 5 carrier at 1530 UT

1566         HLAZ R. Korea weak at 1501 UT with woman in Asian language
                 Fair signal at 1531 UT.

1575        Level 5 carrier, no audio heard this morning, checked 3 times.

1584         Unkown, very weak audio at 1550 UT.  Band conditions gone.
