[IRCA] 800 KHZ

 Hello Victoria DX neighbours,Walter amd Nick from
Bill, Touching on 800 again for a minute,I'm wondering
where a Spanish language signal with female voice
could be coming from at 2300 PST.It is on top of the 2
canadians about every 10 minutes for 2 or 3 and then
disappears again.It could be am English language
station from either Bakersfield,Ogden,or Portland gone
Spanish.Spanish ID at 00 but no location mentioned and
is now peaking and steady into first quarter hour of
Tue 01/23/07. Shutting down for a short night of sleep
until 05 30
