[IRCA] KVAN-1560

Excellent signal here with oldies. They are 90 degrees off of KNZR. A  
lot of flutter beating against KNZR; can anyone measure them? I think  
they will be close to being in line with KZIZ after they go full  
time. (The NRC pattern book has the #s for KZIZ and KVAN reversed,  
and no night pattern showing for KVAN).
