[IRCA] TPs fade at 1602 UT

1602 UT and TPs have faded out.  No audio on MW until 1528 UT when JORF 1422 kHz was heard.  No HLAZ on 1566 kHz, 1575 kHz with level 5 carrier along with 1386 kHz level 5 carrier.   Interesting morning.
