[IRCA] Radio Rossii 279 kHz


Radio Rossii on 279 kHz in at 1245 UT with fair signal with 2 men in RR.  JOUB 774 kHz fair signal at 1241 UT with man in JJ.  Level 4 carrier on 1116 kHz at 1250 UT.  Hoping conditions continue to improve through dawn enhancement.  Good luck.
