Dr.Z.,

I found the "wobler" discussed at: http://www.radiojamming.info/ a 
poor imitation of our beloved "Wobblers".  No melody, no syncopation, 
a true Wobbler is not something man can create, only enjoy in it's 
bazaar perfection.

Or in other words, IMHO the current Wobbler is not a jammer, slight 
similarities aside.  Unless you include unintended consequences, in 
which case jamming, a Wobbler does do, but in a tuneful way.
