[IRCA] k g o has iboc

Hi list, I turned on k g o, and thought I was hearing things, but I
guess not, for they have turned on their iboc again.  I think it was
the last day of June last year when they were testing it out on the Ray
Taliaferro show, and through out that week-end, but at least, they
don't sound like a five kilohertz network feed from the sixties on tv.
