Ask yourself, what is it they do, these MonopolyKasters? What is their first 
principle?

Avoid liability. 

Do BigKorpseorateKasters fear the Feckless Chamberpot of Cronies? No. They 
bought them, cheap.

But there's impolite talk of lawsuits, if not before, then surely when night 
ops commence, isn't there?

BigKorpseorate fears liability.  And a few tasty torts will expose the 
embarassing truth of HD quicker than we can say 'HDominion'.
