[IRCA] Faint audio 657 kHz

Strong carrier on 594, (S-9) no audio.  657 level 4 carrier.  Notice that 810 KGO and KOH 780 very weak signals.  Tried 3 different antennas and still weak.   Thought that solar conditions might of changed, but A=1 & K=0.
Weak carrier on 1116.   Weak carriers on 1566 & 1575.  1533 ut and faint audio being heard on 657.
