[IRCA] Spanish pop music on 1700

 Sat.Jan 6,07,!800-1900 pst. Spanish DJ playing
Spanish version of old 60's pop music,etc.pushing CASH
1700 with basketball game into background sevral times
and fading again for about 2 hours until both
disappeared into a mix with another signal.Spaniard
guy a Mexican or another one of the many Spanish US
formats taking over the continent like wildfire? Any
idea who?
