CKBF-1 is CBC French..FF mx and talk and maybe you can get their // on 860 ? 
CINF is French news from Montreal and ID's in FF as Info 690. CINF gets out 
very well, and maybe in superb cx you could dig them out.

However with Radio Canada ID's and FF mx, you had CKBF-1 from SK which also 
gets out decently and is not that hard here in good high lat cx when I 
phased CINF.
