[IRCA] Ecuador on 700 et al

Heard several times last month, R. Sucre Guayaquil showed up again here last 
night, in conditions that were otherwise unexceptional.  Here's an audio 
snippet from 2324 EST last night:

This one gets out well, and with frequent IDs, is quite easy to pick out in a 
crowd.  Especially for those in the east who can get a null on WLW, this 
should be on your target list!

Also heard again recently (2 Jan, 2215 EST) was R. Catolica, Nicaragua, on 
720.  And last night I noted R. Progreso on 720, though recent WRTH's only 
list a Rebelde outlet.
