[IRCA] TP 4 Jan Victoria

Might be a reasonable sunrise here....at 1445UT there is actually 
some audio on 774kHz, after a number of days (weeks?) of not much 
better than a carrier there (mind you, it's fading as I type 
this).   Can't say the band is hopping at present, but there are 
carriers on the other big guns.  We'll see.
