I did an update to both on-line database versions (MW+SW) over the holidays.   The  pdfs you mentioned are the most recent ones, although there will be an updated SW pdf  in a few days (assuming I get off the dime).  I generally do an on-line update every month or two, and a full pdf update ever six months or so (sometimes longer as is currently the case with the SW version).

The release that went out was more of a reminder that the PAL logs exist, can be downloaded or searched on line, are full of wonderful information, and are worth every penny you pay for them ;)
