[IRCA] WHAW 980 Weston, VA CONFIRMED!!

WHAW owner Steve Peters emailed me back, confirming that I did hear WHAW 980 
at 9:36pm. They were operating at full power, while testing everything, after 
a lightning strike on Christmas night.
