UNIDENTIFIED. 1760 kHz: 12/23 0615-0620 UT, M talks in French (or maybe
Creole), sounded like sermon. Have heard this couple times the past week or so
late at night but never for long, and always sounds like religious talks. Odd
frequency, no // heard on 880 so probably not harmonic. Haitian-American
pirate? (Alex Vranes, Jr., Harpers Ferry, WV, dxldyg via DX LISTENING DIGEST)

Well, there is a 300-watt Haitian on 880, but less likely (Glenn Hauser, DXLD)
