[IRCA] Colorado weather emergency

I guess we are paying for that 60 degree weather last week. Colorado is
currently receiving a statewide snow storm with blizzard conditions in
the eastern part of the state including the Denver area. Thousands of
people are stranded at Denver International Airport. All interstate
highways in Colorado are closed. The governor has just declared a state
of emergency and has activated the National Guard. Several TV stations
are carrying emergency programming. So it is possible that some AM
stations in the state could remain on day power / pattern this evening.
