The last free version of Spectrogram is  available for download at:
http://www.n0ss.net/
Subsquent versions are sold at Spectrogram's site.  They are downloadable
for a free trial period should you desire more bells and whistles than the
free version.
The free version 5.17 (if memory serves )s used by Elecraft K2 kit builders
to align filters but should serve the purpose you seek.
