[IRCA] UnID SS on 900

I have an UnID SS station on 900 at sunset today. Would some folks who are
good with Spanish please give a listen and help me try to ID? Not looping
toward Mexico so probably not XEW. Please let me know and I'll e-mail the
clip to you. Only about 30 secs. Thanks.
