[IRCA] STORMY STUFF

We lost power between 12:30am - 6:30pm PST today due to the storm. We
experienced no damage (assuming the food in our fridge and freezer
survived) but there were trees down a lot of other places which
required us to detour while going in to town. Meanwhile, these were
radio happenings, all 10/15, all in WA (except where noted) and all PST:

680 KBRD carrier seemed to be on with no audio, 10am 10/15
820 KGNW off. Christmas carols (probably KORC-OR) and WBAP-TX
alternating 10/15 1am
1150 KKNW off 1am but on with low power using generator at 7:45am.
The SS in Portland noted under at 7:10am.
1180 KLAY off 10/15 1am but back on at least by noon
1210 KWMG off at least til noon. Couldn't pull anything out.
1230 KWYZ seemed to be off - at least there was no Korean audio
without KSUH feed. SS noted 3pm, probably KZTS ex-1210
1350 KRLC-ID on top 9am; KTIK-ID on top 4-4:10pm
1360 KKMO off the whole time, releasing 1350-1370. KUIK good 7:30am
1370 Unknown but probably KAST 7:50am with religion but maybe KWNC.
1450 KSUH still off as of 7:45pm. UNID Spanish speaker noted several
times during the daytime. Very good KBFI-ID ID 7pm
1480 KNTB off; KRXR-ID, SS, noted 7:20am and 4pm
1490 KBRO off but nothing pulled out
1540 KXPA OC; I think the audio came back about noon
1560 KZIZ OC on all day today with horrible hum, and at least to my
ears, IBOC slop on 1550 and 1570
1620 KYIZ still off as of 7:50pm
