[IRCA] UnID 1590

Several times last night I was hearing a station on 1590 with Spanish 
programming (only talk when I heard it), calling itself "Radio Clasico 1590 
AM".  Googling has turned up nada.  I suspect that it's a domestic with a 
recent format change, but so far I'm stumped.  Clip available at:

Maybe someone who actually understands the language can pull out some clues...
