Paul,

930 Radio Surco, Ciego de Avila (presumed), has been wobbling wildly 
for several hours today.  Over the last few weeks it has had a 
frequent strong to extreme Wobbler. Conditions may be right for it to 
get out farther tonight than past episodes.
