[IRCA] JOUB & HLAZ 1040 UT

Hello,

JOUB 774 Japan & HLAZ 1566 Republic of Koea at 1040 & 1050 UT.  JOUB with fair signal and HLAZ with weak signal.  HLAZ has not been heard recently here and JOUB is the most heard TP at this location.  Only two TP stations heard including LW.
