[IRCA] KBOI 670 Adjusts Frequency

670  KBOI  ID, Boise was 5 Hz high for over a year.  
On 12/03/06 I noticed that they have moved to 670.00000 kHz.
This may be a sign that they have installed IBOC equipment.
