[IRCA] The Tone - 1020

I MAY have heard the 1020 tone early Sunday morning (0100 PST)... as there
was a definite tone on 1020 (along with at least two stations)... and I
believe I was able to zero-beat 1019 and 1021. I had been listening on an
off since Saturday 2300 and this was the first time I had anything that
was close. Again, no DF from here.
