[IRCA] 1215 kHz Short tone

Hello,

Have the R8B tuned to 1215 kHz since 0425 UT.  Been hearing short tones about 8 in 25 minutes of listening,  Once during this period it sounded like a transmitter tuning up for about 5 seconds.  No audio heard, just a short tone every now and then.  The tone sounds like the ones the Asian stations use at the TOH.
