Re: [IRCA] Unusual TIS license in AL



The urge to write a snarky response about FEMA and their connection 
with the Federal Government is strong, but I'm going to resist. 
Seriously, you raise an interesting point. Maybe someone nearby can 
tell us more when the TIS goes on the air and they have a chance to 
listen to the message.
