Application by Fondation Radio Enfant du Canada, on behalf of a
corporation
to be incorporated, for a licence to operate a French-language AM
community
radio programming undertaking in Gatineau/Ottawa.
The new station would operate on frequency 1670 kHz with a
transmitter power
of 1,000 watts day-time and night-time.
The applicant proposes programming dedicated to children and to
teenagers.
