1. Wasn't there some kinda experimental X-band sta in Laurel, MD ca. 1993? 
LOBS maybe to there? 

2. Bendix & '398 lobbing about 020 - 030, steady on since late aft., unlike 
last nite's wandering.

3. Is RAYDIST or similar making a comeback? Someone get holda MF mitter from
