Re: [IRCA] Tone test on 1610 now

Tone on 1610 heard here in Tulsa with a steady S8 signal on 
the R8, *very* rough DF using my DX-398 gives a null E-W 
from Tulsa, in line with Glenn Hauser's 85/265 measurement 
from Enid (due west of Tulsa)
