MYSTERY STATION ON 680 Kc.

At 0130 I had a station giving temperatures around Alberta. Example: It
is 12 degrees in Calgary. This was strong signal for a short time before
it QSBed. I believe it might be CBC overnight, BUT not sure. It could be
CHFA-680 in Edmonton, not sure. Heard an ID, "Your station for news and
weather...." This  _WAS NOT_  WPTF in North Carolina.

So much QRM from WPTF it makes hard to copy the DX station. I have a
conditions to the northwest.

At 0144 a YL said it is 8 degrees downtown. Don't know of any place in
the U.S. that is that cold.
