A quick bandscan after 1500UT sounded pretty good. Fair audio on 1422
etc. Seemed to favor the high band, but with NHK2 signing off at
1505UT, a lot of the more powerful regular signals were gone. And
domestic splatter levels seemed very high.
Not much tuning time, as was assessing damage from what passes for a
snowstorm in Victoria.. I'd guess 30 centimeters here. Only one
major tree branch broken, and the antennas all still up, though the
Flags were trying to turn into Sags yesterday.
Poor to fair audio still on 1566 at 1543UT, but not much else.
best wishes,
Nick
