[IRCA] 1490 KRSN DX Test tried for in NE Oregon

I listened for all 3 sessions. The first session I may have had a tentative 
partial voice ID; or it may have been another station faded up briefly. 
Nothing heard for sweep tones or code for any of the sessions. The station 
is to my southeast, about 900 miles away.
