[IRCA] TP 24 Nov

An odd mix this morning  693 has audio, which is unusual, and so do 
the regular NHK2s on the low band; also 594 from time to time.  Upper 
band is mostly weak carriers, but 1287 has had reasonable audio.

There's a Pacific Island / down under component to things. 639 seems 
to be Fiji by the loop, and there was a big carrier on 1017 from that 
direction, so maybe Tonga left the transmitter on?  Gone by 1500UT though.
