Quite a step down from yesterday....NHK2 on 747, 774 and 828 had 
reasonable audio at times, though seemed better at 1400 than 
1500UT.  Patches of audio also noted on 594, 1287 and 1503 at various 
checks.  (note the Japanese predominance)  Otherwise, there were 
quite a lot of carriers, but none of much significance.
