[IRCA] WFIF impromptu DX test

1500 WFIF CT, Milford 11/21 0008.  Heard a choppy 1000 hz tone for 
about 15 seconds, and then music.  Received an Email QSL in about 12 
hours from the CE "Willie" at WFIF.  This was an impromptu DX test 
with WTWP operating with reduced power with apparent transmitter 
problems.  Interference from WTWP, WLQV, Radio Dos Mil, Cuba, and 
another Latin. (WJH-MD)
