[IRCA] Montana DX tests

The only test to make it to Central PA was 680 with several sweep tones 
and a bit of morse code buried in the channel at 0202 EST - listing this 
one as tentative. Many, many thanks to those who coordinated and 
conducted these tests!

R8/R75/RX320/R70/FRG7000/DX394 (one for each frequency!) and Total 
Recorder on 3 PCs and a 100' west-pointed sloper antenna
