A bit better later, though the NHK2 stations signed off at 
1500UT.  Between 1515 and 1545UT, low level audio on 11 channels, 
mostly Japanese, but also Korean on 972/1566, Thailand 1575 and 
Chinese on 945 and 639...so better than some recent mornings.
