[IRCA] DX Comments from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

I've posted an entry on my blog about the DX I heard around sunrise while
vacationing recently in Puerto Vallarta. Most of the comments and logs are
related to shortwave and the tropical bands, but the two or three paragraphs
about the MW DX heard may be of interest to IRCA members. There are a couple
of photos, too.
