After attempting to sell the station several times on eBay (do a Google 
search: ebay WGAB), the station was finally sold in late 2004 to a 
religious outfit - If I remember right, not one of the USA "big name" 
groups.

I know nobody there anymore.  Per their website 
http://www.faith1180.com/ I imagine a polite e-mail to wgab at 
faithmusicmissions dot org or a telephone call to 812.479.5342 might 
yield something.
