[IRCA] 774 plots

Forgot to mention, that by the end of the plot, audio was creeping 
in; by 0722UT, woman talking, and quite readable, but faded back down 
again rapidly.  747 and 1287 also with audio traces.   1188 and 864 
only other carriers with any zip, but a number of very wispy ones 
right at threshold of audibility. Good TP conditions overnight, for 
those who can stay awake?
